Before obtaining access to the B Fabulous website you must carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer
The following terms and conditions apply to all goods and services at B Fabulous and any client of B Fabulous is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please note that this list of terms and conditions is not exhaustive as individual goods and services each come with their own risks, side effects, advantages and terms and conditions, which clients should familiarise themselves with prior to accepting any goods or services from B Fabulous.

Do not use this website as a substitute for medical advice or self or other diagnosis. B Fabulous accepts no liability for any error, omission, use of or reliance on the materials provided on the website.
The examples, illustrations, blog posts, “Before and After” pictures, predictions, and results shown on this website, and other materials provided by B Fabulous, are indicative only, and not a reliable guide or guarantee of client outcomes. Results vary from individual to individual and are affected by a number of factors, predominantly the nature of the procedure, the client’s health, and the way in which a client follows the instructions post procedure (if needed). Results will also vary purely based on the general makeup of each client and whether they have had any treatments previously.
Reservations
All appointments require a $50 reservation fee to secure your booking. This fee is usually non-refundable but may be transferred to another booking at the discretion of B Fabulous, if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
All bookings will receive an SMS reminder approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you please reply to confirm your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please provide us with as much notice as possible.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of any reservation fee held. Likewise, if you reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your reservation fee may be transferred to another booking or held as a credit on the system.
If you cancel, do not attend, or request to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, without adequate reason, you will incur a $50 non-attendance fee.
If the unattended appointment is part of a package, a $50 non-attendance fee may be deducted from your package.
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know. If you have not informed us that you are running late and are more than 15 minutes late, this will be classed as a non-attendance and a $50 non-attendance fee may be payable.
Pricing and Payments
Clients should be aware that pricing on the website is indicative only, and dependent on the individual requirements of each client. Pricing will be discussed at your face-to-face consultation, so you can make an informed decision prior to any treatment.
We reserve the right to modify pricing of goods and services at any time.
Payment is usually required on the day of your appointment, upon completion of your appointment. For high cost treatments, upfront payment may be required.
B Fabulous has a strict no refund policy on all treatments. Services booked may not be transferred to other individuals.
Goods purchased may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they are returned in unused, unopened, original condition.
Specials Offers and Vouchers
Terms and conditions apply to all special offers and discounts offered by B Fabulous. These will be detailed with the special offer or discount.
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase. Contact B Fabulous to extend voucher if unable to use it before expiry date.
Packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Under 18s
B Fabulous does not treat clients for cosmetic injectables under the age of 18 years, even with parental consent.
We however treat clients under 18 years of age for dermal therapies based treatments for conditions such as acne, acne scarring, congestion and hair removal.
As we are a cosmetic medical clinic, we also respectfully request that you do not bring children to your appointment.
